Do you have a minimum order?
No. At Screens.ink there is no minimum order: you can order from just 1 piece. Larger quantities automatically get a volume discount: from 10 pieces €0.10 off per piece, from 25 pieces €0.25, from 50 pieces €0.50 and from 100 pieces €0.75 off per piece.
What does printing t-shirts cost?
The price consists of the garment, the print per location and one-time setup costs. For example, an AS Colour Classic Tee costs €12.20 per piece. Screen printing has €50 setup costs per print location per colour; DTF has €20 setup costs per print location. Coloured garments cost €0.40 extra per piece. Shipping costs €12.80 for 1–15 pieces (insured, with signature) and €20 for 16–50 pieces. All prices exclude 21% VAT. On our design page you can see your total price right away.
How long does my order take?
The lead time is 10–14 working days after your design and quote are approved. We review every order and every design ourselves first before sending you a confirmed quote and invoice.
What is the difference between screen printing and DTF?
Screen printing pushes ink directly onto the fabric through a screen, one per colour. It is very durable and cost-effective for larger quantities and designs with few colours. DTF (direct-to-film) prints your design onto a film that is pressed onto the garment. DTF is ideal for small quantities, photos and designs with many colours. DTF costs €1 (small), €2.50 (medium) or €8 (large) per print.
Can I place a rush order?
Yes, rush orders are often possible, depending on our schedule. Contact us via info@screens.ink or call +31 35 208 01 66 with your desired date and we will quickly let you know what is feasible.
Can you reuse my screen printing frames on a re-order?
Yes. If you order the same design again, let us know. If we still have your screen printing frames, we can reuse them so you pay less or no setup costs. Mention your previous order in your request.
